I am distinctly proud to have been selected to serve as the leader of Drew Memorial Hospital, a health care institution with a proud heritage and a superb future. Drew Memorial Hospital was founded with a vision to serve the healthcare needs of South Arkansas, and I look forward to continuing its dedication to excellence. With the established professionalism of the Drew Memorial Hospital medical team, it is my objective to enhance the trust and confidence of the patients and community we serve.

Today's healthcare environment and medical services are constantly changing. I am committed not only to keeping up with new healthcare advances, but also to working with our Drew Memorial team and our community to provide excellence in healthcare and prepare for future community needs. In accomplishing this we will achieve our mission of "being the provider of choice for excellent healthcare and wellness services in South Arkansas."

Trust matters! Through past years there have been shadows cast across what once was held to be a noble and revered vital community asset across our nation, healthcare. My vision for Drew Memorial Hospital is to serve as a model for regaining the trust, confidence, and reliability our patients seek. While accomplishing this goal, our hospital must remain financially viable during the most challenging of healthcare economic times in our history. By working closely with citizens we serve, leaders, medical staff, hospital team, and by providing quality information for our Board of Directors to utilize in decision making and planning, it is my goal to provide quality care while maintaining our hospital's economic viability.

Again, I feel privileged and honored to be the leader for the Drew Memorial healthcare team. My focus is: Patient care first! Quality always!
